Bright Background
Back in 1996, Lingiam “Lee” Odems hung up his shingle and started the family’s real estate business out of their home in Woodbridge, Virginia.
That small business, Buyers Advantage Real Estate, grew and evolved over the years. Along the way, the family expanded into additional areas of real estate and property services, including property management and commercial property inspections.
After nearly three decades of serving clients and the community, the Odems family made the decision to bring those areas of expertise together under one company.
That company is Bright Leaf Property Services.
The name Bright Leaf has a special meaning. It is named after the street where the original real estate company was launched, a reminder of where the business began and the family values that helped build it.
Family Legacy Continues
Although Lee’s time on earth ended a few years ago, the foundation he built continues. His wife, Michele, and son, Nathan, carry on the family tradition of helping people navigate one of life’s most important decisions: finding, maintaining, managing, and investing in property.
Two of the experienced agents who were part of the Buyers Advantage Real Estate family continue with Bright Leaf today. Their knowledge, experience, and commitment to excellent service are an important part of who we are.
