Michele has been in the Real Estate industry as an investor, a mortgage broker, a residential and commercial property manager, a certified commercial property inspector, and a real estate broker overseeing property sales. She has mentored new Realtors and educated new homebuyers. Bright Leaf Property Services is a rebranding of the Real Estate firm that her family owned for nearly 30 years. Nathan Odems

Director of Field Operations

Nathan brings over 8 years of field experience to Bright Leaf, having previously worked as an inspector at our property management company. He has also conducted HOA compliance inspections, smoke alarm certifications, and provided lots of support in ensuring homes are in ready-to-rent or ready-to-sell condition.

Here at Bright Leaf, Nathan supports our team and our clients by conducting property inspections, ensuring homes are in ready-to-show condition, coordinating with vendors, and always pushing us forward with the use of new technologies.
